PRIVACY POLICY

This page describes the website management method in relation to the processing of data of users consulting it.

This privacy policy is also provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 “Privacy Code” to anyone interacting with the web services of the website, for the protection of personal data, accessible electronically on the official website of the Privacy Authority.

The privacy policy is also based on Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered by the Group established by Article 29 of European Directive No. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to establish minimum requirements for the collection of personal data on-line, and, in particular, the manner, timing and nature of information that data controllers must provide users with when the latter connect to webpages, regardless of the purpose of such connection.

THE “DATA CONTROLLER”
As a result of consultation of this website, data may be processed relating to identified or identifiable persons.

The “Data Controller” is Moccia Notary’s Office, with office in Impruneta, in the province of Florence.

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
The processing connected to the web services provided by this website takes place at the aforesaid office and is taken care of by technical staff in charge of data processing.
In case of need, the data connected to specific services such as newsletters or chats, may be processed by the staff of the company that takes care of the technical maintenance of such services, at the offices of the company itself.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
The computer systems and software procedures that are used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, specific personal data whose transmission is implied in the use of Internet communication protocols.

Such information is not collected to be associated to identified interests; yet, by its very nature, it might allow for the identification of users through elaborations and associations with data held by third parties.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computer environment.

These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to check its correct operation and are deleted immediately after their processing. Such data may be used to establish responsibilities in case of cyber crimes committed to the detriment of the website: except for this case, data on web contacts are not currently kept for more than seven days.

The optional, express and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on this website involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary to answer the latter’s requests, as well as any other personal data included in the email.

RIGHT TO SUPPLY DATA
Apart from the points made with respect to navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data reported in the request forms published on the website or indicated to solicit the sending of newsletters, information, quotes or other communications or to leave comments or request contacts.

By entering his/her data and clicking “Send”, the user acknowledges that s/he has read this text and consents to the processing of his/her personal data.

The user’s non-supply of data may entail the impossibility to obtain what is requested thereby.

As regards the provision of telephone numbers relating to deliveries by the clients of Moccia Notary’s Office (phone numbers of addressees/users), these will be kept on its database and used exclusively for the management of cases or services by Moccia Notary’s Office itself.

METHOD OF DATA PROCESSING
Personal data are treated with automated tools for the period of time that is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected.

Specific security measures are taken to prevent the loss of data, their unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorised access thereto.

As regards telephone numbers, Moccia Notary’s Office reserves the right to use the same in the future also for commercial activities limited to its services.

All data concerning the telephone numbers of addressees/users and all data concerning deliveries by clients, will never be assigned to third parties for any reason.

RIGHTS OF THE PERSONS CONCERNED
The subjects to whom personal data refer may obtain confirmation at any time of the existence of such data as well as information on their content and origin, and may check their accuracy or ask for their integration, update or rectification (article 7 of the Privacy Code).

Pursuant to the same article, the person concerned may ask for the cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form or block of data processed against the law, and may object to their processing on legitimate grounds.

The owners of telephone numbers may ask for their immediate cancellation by simply writing to pmoccia@notariato.it or calling number 05512345678.
