About This Project

All notary’s deeds are drawn up in accordance with the principles of lawfulness and validity.

It is the Notary Public that turns a private deed between multiple parties into a public deed and thus a notary’s deed.

Among the many notary’s deeds, the most used is the deed for the sale of real estate.
According to art. 1350 of the Italian Civil Code, this contract must be drawn up either as a public deed or a private certified deed.

Moccia Notary’s Office offers its services for the drawing up of different types of notary’s deeds, depending on its clients’ needs.

For further information on the drawing up of a deed, visit the Advice and Deeds section and the Home buying section.
