Proxies

A proxy is a legal act intended for third parties, with which a person gives another the power to take legal acts in his/her name and in his/her interest, whose effects will be directly attributed to the former.

Moccia Notary’s Office offers its services for the drawing up of different types of proxies and powers of attorney: from proxies for the sale of real estate and registered movable property to judicial acts; from proxies for the completion of a single deal to those that allow the agent to replace completely (or almost completely!) the principal.
